Towngate Theatre is an exciting and lively regional theatre based in Basildon, Essex, where we welcome over 100,000 theatregoers through our doors each year. We present an eclectic mix of theatre, music, comedy and dance across two performance spaces: the Main Auditorium (575 seats) and the Mirren Studio (220 seats).
We are looking for a Stage Door Receptionist to provide first class customer service with a high standard of presentation, and a warm and welcoming greeting to all entering the theatre through the stage door.
The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience of working in a busy receptionist position, or of working in a customer services facing role. The post holder should also have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner. A willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required is essential.
As Stage Door Receptionist you will have a key role in providing a safe and secure environment for visiting companies and staff You must be a team orientated person.
