The Towngate Theatre is an exciting lively regional theatre that presents an eclectic mix of theatre, music, comedy and dance across its two performance spaces: the main auditorium (574 seats) and the Mirren Studio (220 seats) and currently welcomes over 100,000 people through its doors each year.
We provide a friendly and polite welcome to a wide range of professional productions and community organisations in addition to mounting our own very successful in-house pantomime.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to be our Front Of House Manager, with suitable experience within theatre or a comparable industry, you will welcome the opportunity to be part of the dedicated team at the Towngate Theatre.
As the Front of House Manager you will be able to motivate and lead a team of people. You will be experienced in providing first class service when dealing with customers on a daily basis and be responsible for managing the customer facing team in a safe and welcoming environment. A willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis is essential.
